Topic: Defining rider position, which usually goes with language about how to control body parts, and defining rider balance, which needs a different language because it is about how to manage forces of motion. A good rider position does not always lead to good balance. But good rider balance always lands the rider in a classically correct riding position. How we think about our riding makes all the difference.
